 Saxon Business Park is situated on the A10 Ely Bypass Just south of Littleport
Black Bank Business Centre is situated mid way between Little Downham
and Littleport and 4 miles north of Ely

From the A10
When you reach Littleport, take the A1101 towards Welney and Wisbech.
(This
will be to your right if you are travelling from Kings Lynn towards Ely
and left if you are travelling from Ely towards Downham Market)
Once
you have left the A10, turn immediately left into Black Bank Road and
Black Bank Business Centre is appoximately one mile on your right.
From Wisbech
Take the A1101 to Littleport
When
you reach Littleport, go through the Industrial Estate and Black Bank
Road is the last turn on the right just a few yards before the
roundabout on the A10.
Black Bank Business Centre is about a mile on the right hand side.
From Mildenhall
Take the A1101 to Littleport
Join the A10 at the roundabout
Take the second exit towards Ely
Cross the railway line
Take the A1101 towards Wisbech at the next roundabout
Turn immediate left after leaving the A10 into Black Bank Road and Black Bank Business Centre is about a mile on your right.
If you are following a Road Map
Black Bank Road is a straight road which runs between Littleport and Little Downham.
